Brunswick Athletics is excited to announce our upcoming Youth Strength & Conditioning Camp, created to help young athletes build a strong foundation in speed, strength, and overall fitness.
The camp will be led by our Sports Performance Specialist and NHSSCA certified strength coach, ensuring that all instruction is safe, age-appropriate, and engaging for participants.
Camp Highlights:
Who: Students entering grades 3–6
When: Saturdays, September 6 – December 6
Where: Brunswick High School Weight Room
Focus: Proper warm-ups, basic strength training, speed and agility drills, balance, coordination, and injury prevention — all taught in a safe, encouraging, and fun environment.
“Our goal is to give young athletes the tools to succeed—not just in sports, but in building lifelong healthy habits,” said coach Lombardozzi. “This camp will provide a strong foundation that helps reduce injuries, improves performance, and builds confidence.”
