Brunswick Strength & Conditioning

Brunswick’s Strength & Conditioning program is a year-round anchor for athletes across the district, giving students a structured place to build strength, improve movement, and develop the habits that fuel long-term success. The program is designed to support every athlete, from middle school newcomers to varsity veterans, with training that emphasizes proper technique, functional development, and steady progress.
What makes the program stand out is its commitment to doing things the right way. Athletes learn how to move safely, train efficiently, and understand the “why” behind each lift, drill, and progression. The weight room has become a space where confidence grows, leadership emerges, and athletes learn to take ownership of their development.
A key part of that success is the leadership of Coach Travis Lombardozzi, who guides the program with a clear, athlete-first approach. Lombardozzi brings structure, energy, and consistency to every session, helping athletes build not just physical strength but also accountability and resilience. His work ensures that Brunswick’s training environment is welcoming, challenging, and aligned with the needs of every sport.
The program’s impact reaches beyond individual teams. By establishing shared expectations and a unified training philosophy, Strength & Conditioning has strengthened the foundation of Brunswick athletics as a whole. Younger athletes enter high school better prepared, varsity athletes train with purpose, and coaches across the district benefit from a program that supports their athletes year-round.
Brunswick Strength & Conditioning continues to grow because it reflects the values of the school community: hard work, pride, and a commitment to excellence. With a strong system in place and dedicated leadership guiding it forward, the program remains a driving force behind the success of Blue Devil athletics.
