Kent Morgan
The Director of Business Affairs for Brunswick City Schools oversees the daily operational management of all district facilities and leads a broad portfolio of essential services, including business operations and procurement, student transportation, safety and security, fleet management, property and liability insurance, facilities maintenance, facility rentals, food services, and oversight of building construction projects. This role ensures that the district’s resources, infrastructure, and operational systems function efficiently and responsibly to support students and staff across all schools. In addition, the Director of Business Affairs works collaboratively with the athletic department to coordinate facility needs, transportation logistics, and operational planning for Blue Devils athletics, helping ensure that athletic programs are supported within the district’s wider operational framework.
